Ashton Pools By Design, a swimming pool and outdoor living construction company, is now hiring for an energetic, hard working individual to join our growing team. We will gladly train the right person to add to our team.
Qualified candidates must have:

- Job is performed outside in the elements, year round
- Must be able to consistently lift 50 lbs.
- Valid Drivers License
- Positive Attitude
Candidate will be responsible for pool layout, excavation, forming, gravel placement, plumbing, steel installation, tile and coping, filter installation, and other duties as required.
Confers with general superintendent to ensure that pool location and dimensions meet customer’s demands.
Assist in forming up pool with basic understanding of carpentry and measurements. Be able to read a transit. Perform plumbing connections including drains, returns, and skimmers.
Install and plumb up pool equipment.
Be able to work with and handle power tools safely and in adherence to company safety policies.
Maintains and repairs pool and equipment, advises customers and office of new pool equipment needs.
Service clients existing pools, balancing pool chemistry correctly and cleaning clients pools each week.
Applicants with the following skills are preferred:
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Have prior pool experience
- Equipment Operator a plus
